New state-of-the-art dental clinic opens in Southampton
A new state-of-the-art dental clinic has opened in Southampton.
Boasting a nautical theme, Ocean Village Dental Clinic is located on the marina. The idea for the practice came about during lockdown when owners, Sally Granger and Patricia Cambell, enjoyed long walks accompanied by Bob the dog. Sally and Patricia worked together in Salisbury and it was during their daily walks that they talked about opening a new clinic and set about making plans.
Sally said that the duo had always worked well together and it seemed like a natural step to go into business and open a new practice.
Ocean Village Dental Clinic is a cutting-edge practice, which is kitted out with the latest equipment, including a ventilation system, which completes ten air changes per hour to enhance safety and infection control. The practice offers a full range of general dental services in addition to cosmetic dentistry, tooth straightening, facial aesthetics and children’s dentistry.
The prime waterfront location of the practice inspired the interior design, with nods to yachting and life on the water seen throughout the décor. There are also sky light windows above the dental chairs to aid relaxation and maximise natural light.
The practice is now taking on new private patients. Parents who are registered with the clinic can access free check-ups every six months for their child.
