New dental practice opens in Saltash
A new dental practice has opened in Saltash, Cornwall.
Brighter Dental is part of the ever-growing Smile Together company, a community-based organisation, which reinvests profits back into local services. The new Brighter Dental clinic is based at Saltash Health Centre and is the first of at least three new surgeries set to open this year.
Smile Together manager, Paul Critchley, said that there are “big plans” to make Smile Together more accessible to local patients and to plug gaps in services. Now that the Saltash facility is open, the team will be focusing on launching new clinics in Newquay, Bodmin and Penzance. The aim is to provide local residents with access to top-class dental care provided by skilled, trained dental professionals. The company is hoping to cater for around 10,000 patients across the county by the end of the year. Parts of Cornwall have been marked as black spots for dental access, and the opening of new clinics will undoubtedly benefit thousands of Cornish residents.
