A new dental practice has opened in the heart of Billingham. The owners of Billingham Dental have taken over the lease for premises formerly occupied by Yorkshire Bank.

The new surgery will offer NHS and private dental treatments in the centre of town. Having signed a 10-year lease for the building, which is next to Argos, the team is now looking forward to welcoming patients and providing more information about the services on offer. As well as NHS treatment, the practice also caters for patients interested in the latest cosmetic dental services and facial aesthetics.

Neal McCormick, principal dentist, said that he was “delighted” to be able to offer high-quality, affordable NHS and private dental care to patients in and around Billingham. The new surgery boasts state of the art equipment, and it has been designed to provide patients with a pleasant, relaxing environment. The team is aiming to provide a service that caters for the entire community and everyone is excited to meet new patients and get involved in local life.

The practice is now fully open, and there are NHS places available for those looking for a local dentist. Anyone who wishes to register is advised to either telephone the surgery or to pop in and fill out their details at reception.

The new surgery has been welcomed by development and regeneration business, St Modwen. Senior asset manager, Paul Brustad, described the news as “fantastic” and added that the latest development enhanced an already “exciting” line-up of local firms that have settled in the town.
