London dentist is secret millionaire
A London dentist has been chosen to appear in a special Indian edition of The Secret Millionaire on Channel 4.
Rich driller Seema Sharma will be leaving her luxurious life and going undercover in some of Mumbai’s most underprivileged areas to seek out those that need her help.
According to Channel 4, Sharma has a string of dental practices and is worth around £5million.
She lives in London with her cardiologist husband and their two daughters but will be giving all this up for India’s slums.
She will be seeking out do-gooding groups and individuals who are worthy of her financial backing.
Despite her basic knowledge of the Hindi language, Sharma’s only knowledge of India is from Bollywood movies and five-star expensive holidays.
The program will be aired on Sunday 17 January 2010 at 9pm.
