Inverurie dental practice brings smiles to local footballers’ faces after sealing sponsorship deal
Dentists at a practice in Inverurie have brought smiles to the faces of local footballers after sealing a new sponsorship deal.
Inverurie Smile Care has teamed up with Inverurie Academy’s senior squads to sponsor new kits. The new strip was unveiled at a recent home match against Fraserburgh Academy.
The previous strip needed updating and the team at Inverurie Smile Care was more than happy to get involved. The aim is to build a strong and long-lasting relationship between the practice and the academy.
Squads from Inverurie Academy were excited to wear the new strips and local MSP, Gillian Martin, was invited to the game to enjoy the moment it was shown off to fans for the first time. Ms Martin, MSP for Aberdeenshire East, said that it was “brilliant” for local businesses to be joining forces with organisations and clubs that support young people and provide opportunities for them to be active and get involved in sport. She added that it was an honour to be invited to the match and see the players looking happy and proud in their new sponsored shirts.
Marketing manager at Inverurie Smile Care, Mohammed Khan, said that practice team takes a huge amount of pleasure and satisfaction from supporting community projects and local initiatives and the chance to sponsor the team was one everyone was keen to accept.
