Holly Willoughby shows off New Braces
This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby is the latest star to have orthodontic treatment; she tweeted a photograph of her new braces yesterday along with the tag line, ‘Brace yourself, I’ve got braces!’
The 30 year old daytime TV favourite has been on maternity leave since giving birth to a baby girl in April, but yesterday she popped up on Twitter to reveal her new braces. Holly posted a photo of herself with a big grin that a showed off her braces, which were very fine but not invisible. When asked about her treatment by followers, she tweeted that she would hopefully be wearing the braces for around two months.
Holly is the latest in a long line of celebrities to opt for dental treatment to improve their smile and orthodontists and dentists have witnessed a significant increase in the number of adults asking about orthodontic treatment. Braces are now much more discreet and comfortable than before and treatment times are much shorter, making orthodontic treatment much more appealing.
Other celebrities who have had orthodontic treatment include Tom Cruise, Myleene Klass and Justin Bieber.
