Health Watchdog Urges Lancashire Residents to Share Their Views on Dental Services
Healthwatch Lancashire is encouraging residents to share their views on dental services as part of a research campaign to determine levels of patient satisfaction and identify potential areas of improvement.
Over the course of the coming weeks, representatives from the watchdog will be contacting residents in the county to ascertain their views on the provision of dentistry and learn about their experiences as a dental patient in Lancashire.
The findings of the survey will be passed on to local commissioning services and NHS England and the information obtained will be used to shape services in the future and address areas of concern.
As well as expressing views on past experiences, participants will also be invited to share ideas about how provision could be improved and what they would like to see in terms of dental service provision in their local area in the future.
