Glee Star Tweets Relief After Undergoing Dental Surgery
Lea Michele, one of Hollywood’s hottest starlets, has joined the crowd of celebrities tweeting about their experiences of going to the dentist.
Michele, who plays Rachel Berry in the hit American show, Glee, took to Twitter to tell her followers that she was recovering well after having surgery to remove her wisdom teeth.
Michele tweeted, “Feeling all better from my surgery! So happy it’s over and done with! Back to work tomorrow!” on Sunday, after taking a few days off to rest at home.
The Glee star is one of a long line of celebrities to discuss going to the dentist with their followers and recently Stephen Fry and Kim Kardashian also used their social media site to share their fears about having dental treatment.
Wisdom tooth removal is a fairly common procedure, which is carried out when the wisdom teeth do not develop properly or cause problems for the other teeth, as a result of a lack of space in the mouth. Most people start to develop wisdom teeth around the age of 16 to 20.
