Evesham Dental Graduate Makes History
An Evesham dental student is all smiles after graduating from the University of Central Lancashire.
Katherine Moulton recently celebrated her graduation but it was not just the successful completion of her studies that she was celebrating; she also made history by being the first dental student to graduate from the University of Central Lancashire.
Katherine was determined to continue her studies in Dentistry after experiencing Orthodontics first-hand as a child. When she saw the course options at UCLan, she decided to apply. She had already gained a Diploma at university in Liverpool and was working as part of the Evesham Dental Health Team.
Katherine decided to continue working during her studies, as the course was part-time and she thanked the staff at the Evesham Dental Health Team for being supportive of her choice to study and work at the same time.
After completing her studies, Katherine said that she was looking forward to putting her new skills into practice.
