A dental hygienist from Brighton can see the end in sight of her 500 mile charity walk.

Ms Christina Chatfield, is nearing the end of a walk she started on May 19th and should arrive in Hove, at the Big Beach Cafe after starting 500 miles away in Kirriemuir, Scotland.

All in the aid of raising awareness and cash for mouth cancer today will signal the end of an incredible last four weeks for Christina. She thanked her fellow professionals for their heart warming support. She hopes to raise £15,000 in time for the finishing line, having already raised an extraordinary £10,000 toward the British Dental Health Foundation. She has had to overcome the pain of crippling shin splints to reach her destination.

The British Dental Health Foundation’s chief executive, Nigel Carter, urged the public to make one final push toward the £15,000 mark as the Christina nears the finish.

Christina is a dental hygienist who owns Brighton Dental Health Spa and will be sure to take advantage of her own treatments when she gets home.
