Edwardsville Dental Practice to host a Free Dental Day
A dental practice in Edwardsville will host a free dental day on May 20th for local people.
Sunset Hills Family Dental will provide a range of free dental services, including fillings, tooth extractions, dental X-rays, dental examinations and cleaning treatments during the day as part of Free Dentistry Day.
Dr Charles Williams, from Sunset Hills Family Dental, said that the dental day is an opportunity for local people to get the treatment they need without worrying about the cost; according to Dr Williams there are many people in the Edwardsvile area who are unemployed, on low incomes or without dental insurance and this means that they find it very difficult to afford regular dental treatment. The dental event is an opportunity for members of staff to give something back to the community and make a difference to local people in need of help.
The free clinic will open at 7am on May 20th and appointments will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
