Eastenders star ‘loves Botox’
Jessie Wallace, best known for her part as Kat Slater in Eastenders, has admitted she is a lover of Botox, according to the Daily Mail.
The actress reportedly told Closer magazine: "As soon as things start to go south then why not?"
"People say it freezes your facial expression but it doesn’t if it’s done by the right person," she added.
Ms Wallace, who is currently starring as Maureen in the West End musical Rent, swore by the anti-wrinkle treatment, claiming she has no problem with having cosmetic surgery to improve her appearance.
The newspaper recently cited figures from Transform Cosmetic Surgery which revealed that Botox is the most popular non-surgical treatment in January, followed by teeth whitening and laser hair removal.
According to the firm, there are more internet inquiries about the treatments on the first Monday back at work after Christmas than any other day.
