Dentists ‘create beautiful smiles’
One of the best things about being a dentist is the chance to create beautiful smiles, according to one dentist.
In a presentation to female dental students at the University of North Carolina, Dr Bobbi Stanley explained that there were numerous positive aspects of being a dentist.
"From the satisfaction of literally creating beautiful smiles, to the family-friendly aspects, such as flexible hours and few on-call duties, dentistry provides a wonderful career option," she continued.
Invited by the American Association of Women Dentists, Dr Stanley is a dentist whose practice focuses on cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry and general family dentistry.
The Daily Mail recently reported that cosmetic dentists are adequately trained to perform other procedures such as Botox and non-surgical facial enhancements.
According to the newspaper, the mouth makes up a great deal of the facial structure and therefore any attempt by an individual to improve their appearance would start there.
