A Bridlington dental clinic is calling for people to sign up as NHS patients.
VI Dental Care opened new premises at 69 Quay Road and enabling them to accommodate 5,000 more NHS patients.
However, the practice has found that not as many NHS patients have registered with them as they had expected.
Talking to Bridlington Free Press a VI Dental spokesperson said that the practice hasn’t had as many new NHS patients register as it hoped – despite the reported shortage of NHS dentists in the area.
The spokesperson added that they would soon be running out of patients and urged people that want NHS dental care to get in touch with the clinic by calling 01262 673277.
VI Dental Care’s expansion increased NHS dental provision, which had traditionally been a problem, in the area.
The practice has televisions in all the waiting rooms and surgeries, ensuring patients get a gold standard comfortable and state-of-the-art experience when they visit the dentist.
