A dental practice located in Catterick Garrison has doubled in size following a £70,000 renovation.

Alpha Dental has expanded into the neighbouring unit in Hildyard Row, almost doubling the size of the clinic; the premises were formerly occupied by William Hill. The practice provides treatment for both NHS and private patients.

Following the expansion, Alpha Dental has created two new surgeries and a specially designed treatment suite for facial aesthetics. There are also plans to take on more patients in line with increased demand for services in the local area.

The practice already employs more than 65 members of staff and Dr David Birkin believes the expansion will enable patients to enjoy a greater range of treatments and services, as well as access to modern facilities. The practice will house five surgeries provide easy access for disabled patients and offer specialist services, including implant treatment and orthodontics.

The new practice will be officially opened at the beginning of February by prospective Conservative candidate for Richmond, Rishi Runak, set to attend and give a speech. Anyone who wishes to find out more about the event is advised to call the clinic directly.
