Bride-to-be Emma Kenly, from Epping, has showcased a brand new smile after winning a competition in the Metro newspaper.

Emma, who works at London Zoo, said that she entered the competition because she was feeling self-conscious about a scar on her face and was feeling generally unhappy about the way she looked. She said that she never expected to win the prize of £5,000 pounds worth of dental treatment.

Emma won the competition and visited the London Smile Clinic to have her treatment. Award-winning dentist, Tim Bradstock-Smith carried out the treatment and Emma said that she was delighted with the results. Emma has had her teeth whitened and her gums have been lasered to make them more even and she now has a brand new smile in time for her wedding, which will take place later this year.
