Big Brother’s Ray J hospitalised after leaving the house due to dental issues
American singer, Ray J has reportedly been hospitalised after leaving the Celebrity Big Brother house as a result of dental issues.
Reports suggest that the rapper and reality TV star left the house after complaining of severe toothache. Ray J has allegedly been struggling with dental pain for the last few days, but a source claims that his pleas to producers were ignored. On Tuesday 10th January, the star left the house in order to get urgent dental treatment.
It is believed that Ray J fainted en route to the hospital, and is now undergoing treatment for a cracked filling, a tooth abscess and problems with his gums.
The singer, who enjoyed chart success with the single ‘One Wish’ is not expected to return to the show, and there are suggestions that he won’t collect his full appearance fee, which is rumoured to be around $1 million (approximately £820,000). On the website, the star’s profile simply reads ‘left.’
The show started last week, with famous faces from the past, including Jedward, Calum Best, James Jordan and the Hills stars, Heidi and Spencer, taking on new stars, Bianca Gascoigne, James Cosmo and Jamie O’Hara
