BDA encourages dentists to campaign against CQC plan

Sample News Big

The British Dental Association has issued a rousing call to encourage dentists in England to join the campaign against Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration plans.

The BDA is campaigning to try and make the government change plans to force dentists to register with the CQC before April next year; representatives from the organisation are not happy about the administration and red tape surrounding the profession and feel that CQC registration is unnecessary and a waste of time and money.

To help dentists join the campaign, the BDA is sending postcards detailing the problems caused by red tape to all its members; officials have also encouraged dentists to contact their local MPs to press for change.

The campaign has three clear aims, which include persuading the Secretary of State to simplify the function of the CQC to ensure that the organisation does not duplicate the actions of existing dental bodies, set CQC registration fees at a reasonable level and postpone the registration date to allow these changes to be considered carefully.

I agree but what to do maybe stop working for 1 day but knowing dentists there will allways be some that will try to use this to their advantage until they get clobbered by these parasitic organisations
