Advanced Dental Care Dentists to Host Free Dental Clinic
Dentists from the Advanced Care Dental group are preparing to host an annual Dentistry from the Heart clinic.
On June 17th patients over the age of 18 will be invited to attend the free Springfield clinic, where volunteer dentists will provide a range of dental treatments, including cleaning treatments, fillings and extractions. Patients will be able to choose one service to allow as many people as possible to receive treatment.
Doors will open between 7 am and 7:30 am and there will be portable toilets and security services for people who want to camp out overnight. Appointments will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Advanced Care dentist, Matt VanderMolen, said that there are now more people than ever before in need of affordable dental care. The clinic will help local people to get the treatment they need without them having to worry about the cost. For an increasing number of people, dental care is becoming an unaffordable luxury and free clinics are attracting hundreds, even thousands of people who are prepared to queue for hours to get the care they need.
VanderMolen will be joined by three other Advanced Care Dental dentists, dental assistants and dental hygienists from Advanced Care Dental and Lawson’s practices.
