    Default Failed Root canal

Hi, I wonder if somone can advise me on this please?

I am using a private practitioner and last week went along for an hour appointment to have a root canal removed. The dentist could not find the root canal despite several attempts. I have to go back tomorrow to try and get it done again and have also other work to be done in another 3 appointments.

What I would like to know is what is the position after the failed root canal treatment? Do I have to pay for the time anyway or is it waived or should there be a comprimise regarding the cost? I just feel I should have an idea on the situation before I go back along tomorrow.

Any comments will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi

Each practice would have a different policy.

My advice would be to address your concerns with the practice and see what there policy is.
