    Default Health ftiness-dental whitening!!!

    Hi,
I have heard that brushing with baking soda will whiten your teeth over time. Is this true? If so, how long will it take to see results? Are there any drawbacks to using this method?

This is not true. All that baking soda does is potentially remove superficial staining, although it even struggles with this. Do remember that even professional whitening can be difficult at times, baking soda will do very little

    I hope this helps
