Yellow teeth due to Mouthwash
A mouthwash has turned my teeth yellow and i can see visible stains too. what am i supposed to do now, coz my teeth look real ugly now :(
please suggest something

I would suggest you stop using the mouthwash first and seek the advice of your dentist. If it is the mouthwash the staining should be easily polished away

Its been a year now and i have stopped using that mouthwash, I use electic brush but the stains and yellow color is still there :(

If it's superficial staining you will need to have this removed professionally. Alternatively you will need to whiten your teeth professionally

But since i am suffering from localized periodontal disease, which teeth whitening technique should i go for ?

You will need to have your gum disease controlled first. My choice of whitening is KoR Max as it gives the best and safest results. Once you gum disease has been treated then whitening should not be an issue. You cannot have your teeth whitened whilst you have gum disease

Sadly this technology is not available in the country where i live , any other technique you can recommend ?
