Default 17 year old with poor teeth

Hey everyone - First post here.

As the title says I'm 17 years old. 15 of those years were spent eating a terrible diet (Cakes, pies, sweets & chocalate a few times a day - I'm active so I don't gain much weight) and I had prolonged tetracycline use which has stained teeth. My teeth are straight but the front 6 on the top have quite large gaps.

    What could I do to:

A.) Reverse damage of poor nutrition & a very high sugar diet

    B.) Lose Gaps

C.) Whiten teeth to get a 'Hollywood Smile' before I go there next year

Thanks for any help - also an idea of proce would be nice

A - I dont think you would be able to reverse tooth decay or damage but by improving your diet and visiting a dentist / hygienist on a regular basis you could improve your overall oral health and habits

B - there are a few ways to close gaps but it really depends on your teeth and how big the gaps are. Options include dental implants, bridges and orthodontics

C- tetracycline staining is difficult to whiten but in your situation I would try Enlighten deep bleaching and if this doesn't work then possibly veneers.

Your best bet would be to see a dentist for a consultation for some good advice.
