Gap between straightened front teeth
hi there,
i am seven weeks into my inman aligner treatment. one of the main reasons I got the IA was to straighten up my front teeth. they are now almost perfectly straight, however a small gap has emerged between my front teeth beside my gum. it looks like my gum should be down further.
i am wondering will my gum grow down to fill this gap?
or is there anything my dentist can do in the remaining treatment time in terms of filing to close the gap??
thanks!

Hi.
Unfortunately it is hard to say without looking the mouth, but if you are concerned I would recommend you speak to your dentist at your review appointment.Dr Raha Sepehrara BSC(Hons) BDS with Distinction

I would suggest you discuss this with your dentist but there is a fair
chance this area will fill in given sufficient time of 3-6 months. If
not your dentist may be able to do some bonding to close this.
