Default broken composite when putting my Inman Aligner on

Can you help me Tif? Visited dentist today who put a new composite bump on the back of my front tooth in order to push it forward a little. Almost finished with Inman aligner. My next appointment is in 3 weeks. However on way home from dentist the composite broke off while putting the Inman aligner back in my mouth. Do I need to go back to the dentist immediately or will I ignore this mishap and wait until the next appointment in 3 weeks time?

I would suggest calling and telling the dentist about it.

It might be ok, but there is a chance the bow will not engage as well and a small risk that things could go backwards.
