I cant speak with the Inman Aligner
Just had upper aligner fitted yesterday - speech is terrible and will soon have lower aligner fitted. Does anyone else have both, and how does anyone ever understand you? Please reassure me that speech will improve, dentist says yes but it seems hard to imagine at the moment. Thanks.

Speech with the Inman aligner improves for 80% of people in a couple of weeks. A few people struggle the entire process. The more you practice the faster you'll adapt

Your speech should certainly improve with time but everyone is
different.
Some people manage to wear upper and lower Inman's at the same time but
most people tend to treat 1 arch at a time - However usually there are
no reasons that you cannot wear both together , and I would ask your
dentist about this .Dr David Bloom BDS
