Is relapsing unique to Inman Aligners
Hello again,
I have another question before I decide on going for a consultation. I've read about relapsing and the advice to have a wire fitted to the back of the teeth after being straightened. Is relapsing a problem associated only with Inman Alighners, or is it a common feature also of normal braces and / or Invisalign braces?
Is a relapse inevitable without a wire, or does it only affect some people?
Thanks again.

Relapse is a possibility whichever type of brace is used. A retainer is required for life for every system

Thank you, Dr Khaira
Thanks for your reply, Dr Khaira. I'd be really grateful if you could give me some guidance concerning my earlier post entitled "Does an Inman require good molars?"
Thank you again for our help.

As long as there are some molars for anchorage it should not be a problem. Without a fully diagnostic consultation it's difficult to say if you are suitable
