cost for dentures which don't fit
My grandaughter has been seeing a dentist at Western Dental and recently had a lower denture made that didn't fit. She never wore the denture home and her dentist told her she would not be charged. However, Western Dental said she is responsible for 50 percent of the cost. Is this legal? My dentist said there should be no charge since she never left the office with the denture. However, Western Dental said it is their policy to charge the patient 50 percent of the cost. Thanks for any advice you can give me.

This will be down to each individual practice policy. I would recommend you speak to your dentist regarding this
