    Dear Shoulder,

What has your son had for the past 33 years? Has he been wearing a denture? Implants may be one of the possible solutions, but due to the complexity of the treatment there is a high cost involved. I would suggest you speak to your dentist who may be able to provide you with a solution or refer you to a teaching hospital. If your son was born without the teeth then he may be able to get treated at a teaching institute.

    regards

If your son has hypodontia (missing teeth from birth) he may be eligible for NHS funded implant treatment. I would get your local dentist to refer him to one of the dental teaching hospitals, they may be able to help him.
