cost to replace a bridge with dental implants
Can you give any idea how much it will cost to replace a bridge which is failing. It is in my upper jaw and is on the front right tooth and incisor and is next to a denture of 2 teeth (5 teeth to be replaced in all) I have been quoted roughly £8000 - £10000 and as I need to arrange finance I do need a ball park figure. Also does the specialist doing the implants need to remove the bridge or does my regular dentist do this. Any advice appreciated as I am quite nervous about having this treatment.

Hi,
the average price per implant including the crown on it is £1500.00 to £2500.00. These costs depend on complexity of case, type of implant used, type of crown used, type of abutment (post) etc.
It is difficult to give an overall cost estimate without looking at the mouth.
With reference to removing the bridge, I would recommend you speak to your dentist or implantologist carrying out the procedure.
I hope this help.
Kind Regards,

Please also be aware that you may need a temporary denture whilst the implants fuse to the bone. The cost will also vary depending on if you need a temporary bridge which is sometimes used to help mature the gums around the implants.
I would also agree that a full consultation and conversation with your dentist would be prudentwww.migrainecare.co.uk
