Canine crown is loose and moving

I have two crowns next to each other (canine and next to front). Under pressure from my tongue they move very slightly. Are they coming off? My dentist told me that,because he used a carbon fibre post, he won't be able to replace it when it goes.

There are many reasons they might be coming loose i.e the cement is failing , fracture of post. etc

I would recommend a consult with a dentist to speak about your options.
