Default New dental crown gum issue!

    Hi There,

I wonder if anyone can help me. I have just had a dental crown fitted to cover a discoloured tooth.
i wanted this to look perfect and so went private spending rather a lot of money.
The thing is, there seems to be a dark 'seam' where the crown ends and the gum begins making it really apparent that the tooth is not real which im really not happy with.
i this normal? will the gum kind of grow down over the 'seam'?
or should i go abck to the dentist and enquire about this?

any advice would be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks!

You really need to return to the dentist who did the crown for you. There are a number of things this could be but without a consultation it is impossible to say

    I hope this helps
