Invisalign or Not....
Hi, I posted in the welcome section a couple of weeks ago. I've had my appointment to discuss Invisalign and I needed to see the hygienist first, which I have done so now I've been approved for a full case on Invisalign but only if I have a tooth extraction. I had 4 teeth out when I was young (I was around 9 or 10 at the time) and that was a really horrible experience, so I'm now not so sure whether to proceed as I really don't want another tooth taken out, and it's a healthy tooth. But I do want the over crowding of my lower teeth sorted. Anyone have any ideas? Should I get a second opinion?

actually, i was just thinking that a second opinion wont make much difference as they are all referred to Invisalign..is that correct ?
I then thought about damon braces...does anyone know if these are better for over crowding teeth and work by keeping the tooth...

I mean a second opinion with a specialist orthodontist ( one who preferably treats a lot of adults)

I want to keep the tooth though.
