Lincoln Smile Centre

Had 2 implants done several years ago by Tom Smithard which were fantastic. Unfortunately I lost my very 2 front teeth and went back to Tom for 2 more implants. All the staff I have encountered at the centre and polite, courteous and knowledgable. I would like to say a big thanks to Diane at the reception, she has been really nice and helpful. As for Tom, I think he is the very best dentist I have seen over many years. In fact I would go as far as saying that he actually makes a visit to the dentist pleasurable. He is very efficient and wants the very, very best for his patient. Perfection is his middle name. He has gone a brilliant job on my front teeth yesterday. I actually cried when I saw my new teeth in place. He did front beginning to end and even made the teeth. I can not thank him enough for what he has done for me. If you want a dentist that is kind, honest, wants what is in the patients interest NOT the dentists, then go to Lincoln Smile Centre. You will never regret it and you will BE smiling when your treatment is done. Their prices are fair. Their staff are really good. They all want what is best for you. Highly recommended.

I have been a patient at Lincoln smile centre for a few years now and the standard of treatment I now receive far exceeds any treatment I've had before. I get a good explanation of treatment needed with before and after photos . A thorough scale and polish and advice - to be honest I don't think I'd had a 'proper' clean before (and I had always gone to the hygienist every 6 months !.) Professional service and a very high standard of care.

I went for an appointment with the dental nurse about a tooth implant. The receptionist was unhelpful and unfriendly but when the dental nurse turned up she was polite & professional. The consultation was free & the ball price figure quoted was reasonable. However, the nurse took photos to show the dentist & said she did not think they would come out properly as the lighting was poor in the room she was using. A few days later the receptionist rang me spoke to me brusquely told me I'd have to pay for a dental consultation & increased the price to almost £2000 more than the original I had been quoted from their price list! When I asked to speak to the dental nurse she gave me a different price again from the one the receptionist had given me so I was really confused especially as it was altering not by just a hundred or two pounds each time! I eventually spoke to a very professional dentist there who admitted that there had been other complaints about his receptionist & said that they really did not presently have the facilities to accommodate new patients but soon would. I told him that I felt it would be better to state that on their site so that others did not encounter similar problems & waste their time as I did.
