Paul McClarty is Calla Dental’s principal dentist and has many years of experience working at general practices, community centres and hospitals.

In 1999 Paul graduated from the University of Glasgow, after which he received membership of the Faculty in Dental Surgeons from the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh. He then furthered his training at Canniesburn Hospital, Glasgow, which is known for its work in the fields of Oral Maxillofacial, Craniofacial and Plastic surgery.

The next stage of his development took him to Aberdeen and the opening of an implant referral practice which was private. While he was principal of this practice, Paul continued to learn and worked toward his MBChB degree for three years.

However, his heart has always belonged to his home, Northern Ireland and when the chance came he bought Calla Dental and made his return.

Paul continues to expand his knowledge to this day and is currently studying with the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh for a Diploma in Implantology. He also holds membership with the British Society of Oral Implantologists, the Association of Dental Implantology and the International Team for Implantology.
