Would veneers be suitable for my chipped teeth which was caused by acid erosion?

Q. I used to eat alot of citrus fruit as a child and it has left me with acid erosion. My two front teeth are fragile and occasionally chip slightly, however its usually not very noticeable and they usually manage to smooth themselves out eventually. However they have recently chipped again. My dentist says that i have a good set of teeth and veneers may look fake. But i am not happy with them just now and i do not want them to get any smaller, i want them to be smoothed out and lenthened to there original size but to still look like my own teeth. i have had composite bonding but it doesnt last long before falling off and taking away more of my teeth. Do u think veneers would be a good option? if so can u recommend a good dentist in the glasgow area as my dentist doesnt sound confident on doing the job i would like?,
A. I would advise a consulatation with a cosmetic dentist, there is no reason why veneers can’t be made to look natural. Iam sorry i don’t know of a dentist to recomennd in Glasgow but I am sure there is some cosmetic clinics.
