Would laser whitening treatment on my sensitive teeth help to make them whiter?

Q. Hi – I completed a 2 week professional home whitening kit approx 4 years ago (provided by my dentist) since then I have had a few “overnight” top up treatments. I am finding that my teeth appear to be no longer as white as before. However, the last time I used the home gel (10%) I experinced a lot of sensitivity afterwards. Might an instant laser whitening treatment at the dentist be a better option perhaps> Many thanks. ,
A. I do NOT recommend laser whitening on sensitive teeth. Talk to your dentist about using tooth mouse or sensitive toothpaste in your home trays prior to whitening. Rob
