Hi Marcus, Could you tell me the best way to have straighten the teeth quickly if you have 2 high teeth (fangs) in the upper gums. I need this done quickly as jobs depend on this and I need straight white teeth asap. I have thought about having veneers but I’m not sure of the best place to go, either here or abroad. I would be very grateful for your advice, and if going abroad will be a lot cheaper could you advise me of someone reputable please. I basically need to know if I need to have the fang teeth removed and whether would this solve the problem?

Hello. I would advise against treatment abroad for the simple reason that it can often make dental problems worsen. Within the UK, you have the convenience of the dentist being nearby and are have more accountability in case things do happen to go wrong. I would suggest that you seek out a consultation in person with an experienced cosmetic dentist, and run through the various options.
