Hi
This really depends on why they have become loose.
It could be your bite, gum disease, or variety of factors. This does not mean your teeth will fallout straight away but whether or not you can have implants depends on the severity of the underlying condition.
I would advise a check up with your dentist

Bev Says :

Hi, My front tooth – upper right has become slightly loose. My gums are fine, they look pink and healthy but I can feel my tongue once it is on the tooth, it sometimes clicks it in to place slightly. It is only slightly loose. Will the tooth fall out naturally? what will I need to do and what will happen?
