Q. Hello Dr. Caplan. I have been using Crest Premium White Strips for about 3 days. I noticed from the beginning that white spots were beginning to form. I now have a rather large white spot on my teeth. The instructions say the white spots will go away after a few hours, but mine have not. They have been there for more than a few days now.
