Where can I get dental insurance from that covers cosmetic dental procedures?

Q.
Hi there Mark , i wanted to know something (as i am about to take out dental insurance) well,  is there any Dental insurance that will cover me for any of the implants, teeth whitening or similar treatments I want once i have had my initial treatment sorted out ? for example : fillings and crowns etc?. Thank you in advance i, eagerly await your reply.

Hi, thanks for your question. Dental insurance does not cover elective cosmetic procedures such as tooth whitening and I do not know of any that cover the placement of dental implants. If you have any ‘pre-existing’ problems then insurance will also not cover this as it is designed to be in place as ‘insurance’ against future problems arising once you have been deemed dentally fit, not to be used to get treatment that you need at low cost.

I hope that helps explain the situation?

Kind regards

Mark
