When I was younger I was terrified of the dentist. I am unemployed but need implants?

Q. Hello, i would like to ask if i could have dental implants. when i was younger i was terrified of the dentist, i have lots most of my bottom teeth on either side, well one side has no teeth at the bottom. i am 52 and i find it hard to eat properly. this is having an effect on my other teeth, which have to work harder. i have two bridges at the top, which i had done several years ago, in order to give me confidence to smile. at present i am unemployed is there any help i can get to have this done. many thanks ,
A. If you have the bone then implants are possible. However you will need to pay the full fee as this treatment isn’t available on the NHS I’m afraid
