What’s the Best Treatment for a Crown and Filling That Have Fallen Out?

Q.
I am a 54 year old female and I currently wear a partial denture, which looks like my own teeth and has become loose (6 teeth missing at the front). I also had a crown to the side and a big filling towards the back (I think you call them pre-molars). Both have fallen out. The tooth that was next to the crown that has fallen out is too far gone that the dentist says it’s not worth filling because its actually dead and down to the gums. What options are available and budget-friendly? What can I expect to pay on the NHS or private?

Hi, thanks for reaching out. It sounds like the simplest solution will be a new denture and extraction of the hopeless teeth. I can’t really give you an idea of costs without seeing you I’m afraid. Kind regards, Andrew.
