What would happen if I forgot to remove the invisalign aligners when drinking coffee?

I have had invisalign braces fitted this week to improve the bottom front teeth, my question is: what would happen if I forget to take them out and then have a coffee for example with them in? I sometimes forget when I am busy that I have them in and am so worried I will take a hot drink by mistake? Honestly, they were right when they said they were totally invisible haha i really keep forgetting that they’re there!! I read that it can cause them to stain, which will lose their translucency.. Just one more question, when treatment is complete would the teeth ever move back? Thank you. I really appreciate your feedback as I am really excited about the outcome.

Thanks for your question. Well, I’ve had invisalign myself and was quite naughty not taking them out every time I had a drink, it doesn’t cause any sudden problems. However, they will stain more quickly. I hope this helps!
