A. Dear Enquirer, There are several options to help you with gaps in your top teeth and from what you say, teeth that are ‘sticking out’. I can give you some guidelines as I have not examined you, but on the whole you may be suitable for braces where you can close the gaps and correct the protruding teeth at the same time.
