What would be a suitable treatment to remedy yellow tinge to my teeth?

Q.
I am a 61 year old female and my teeth have a definite yellow cast. I have had a yellow tinge to my teeth all my life (I think). I have naturally red hair and very pale freckled skin. I have several crowns. I also clench and grind my teeth despite using a nightguard.
Whitening treatments don’t help and I don’t drink coffee, cola etc. I do tend to have dry mouth. I drink fluorinated water.
I have read that yellow teeth can result from thinned dental enamel. If so, is there any restoration treatment to build up and lighten the enamel?
I am concerned that veneers wouldn’t work due to my clenching.
Do you have any suggestions to help with this problem?
Thank you for your help

Veneers or bonding may be the solution to your concerns. A thorough and careful analysis of your bite and how it functions may reveal some things that could be altered to help reduce the destructive effects of grinding your teeth. So, as always, the potential solutions will be revealed after an excellent examination and consultation.

Please go an visit an experienced cosmetic dentist in your area. Choose someone who has a lot of experience in handling the bite. Alterntively please come and see me in London.

I hope that answers your questions at least somewhat, for now?

Kind regards

Mark
