What options do I have for replacing my rotten teeth?

Q.

Hello Doctor, I hope you can help.

I have missing teeth and all remaining are rotten. I am desperate to be able to speak without feeling self conscious. I have a limited budget. I need to know how much treatment will cost and what treatments are available to me. I have never had nice teeth and am unable to smile and live my life. I have felt suicidal at times as rhis has been a problem for many years. I dont know what the cost will be but can you let me know if any treatments are available and what they would involve.

Thank you for your time and advice

A.

Hello, sorry to here about your troubles,

You have many options from a full set of removable dentures to a full set of fixed implants. The costs could vary from £1000 to £50,000 so I can’t really give you a proper answer. The best thing would be to visit a local dentist who specialises in this sort of cosmetic reconstruction such as Advance dental Clinic in Chelmsford Hope this helps and good luck

I have a upper front tooth missing and one dentist suggested to have the bonding which will protect the the tooth next to it and fix a good bridge. This will last 5 to 8 years and less cost. My gum bones are week and am 70 years old. Implant will involve surgery so he though this will better for me.
My another dentist suggest implant and may do some bone grafting. I am confused who is giving me right advise as most of them are commercial. Do you think getting the implant done from India would be a good idea where cost are less and there are good dentists available. Can you recommend any good dental clinic in Delhi, Kolkata.
