What kind of dentistry would I need to replace the baby teeth on my bottom jaw?

Q. hi, i am 23 yrs old and still have milk teeth on lower jaw but i was told that there are no adult teeth underneath,i also have a petruding tooth on the top jaw and gaps around most of the teeth at the top i was wondering what type of dentistry’s i would need please.,
A. If the milk teeth are loose you may need implants to replace these teeth. The protruding tooth could be corrected with a veneer or braces
