What is this sharp object connected to my palate coming out the top of my mouth?

I have been in need of a root canal for about a year but cant afford it. Now I have a small, hard, sharp object coming out of the top of my mouth feels like a bone the size of a toothpick . I tried to pull it out with tweezers but it is connected to my palate. What is it?

Not really sure but it could be a fractured piece of root and needs checking at your dentist next week
