What is the best way to clean yellow teeth, and can I get a permanent treatment on NHS for missing teeth?

Q. hi, i have good strong teeth only two back lower ones missing… i have two questions really… can i get those replaced on national health with implants..?they gave me false teeth to put in , but i dont want this…i want something more permanent…Also… i have one tooth which i find quite yellow…at side…what is the best way to clean this? i am averse to bleaches etc… as i am worried i would make my teeth porous and become sensitive…only one tooth is like that…any help appreciated ..thanks paul….. ps. i am currently unemployed,
A. You wont be able to get implants on the NHS, whiteing is a great option to lighten that tooth any other option is more invasive.
